The serene water, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and lush greenery, creates a picturesque setting that feels like something out of a fairy tale. Don't forget to visit the floating market and marvel at the vibrant colors of the local produce.   Shalimar Bagh Next, we visit the Mughal Gardens, particularly the Shalimar Bagh. Built by Emperor Jahangir for his wife, this stunning terraced garden is a testament to the grandeur of Mughal architecture. Take a leisurely stroll amidst the perfectly manicured lawns, intricate fountains, and vibrant flower beds.   Stay: Houseboat Experience To truly experience the essence of Srinagar, spend the night on a traditional houseboat. Enjoy the tranquility of the lake, delicious Kashmiri cuisine, and the warm hospitality of the locals.   Day 2: Gulmarg - Meadow of Flowers Today, we head to Gulmarg, a world-famous hill station known for its pristine beauty and adventure sports.   Gulmarg Gondola Begin your day with a thrilling ride on the Gulmarg Gondola, one of the highest cable cars in the world. As you ascend to the summit of Apharwat Peak, you'll be treated to panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks and lush green valleys below.   Golf Course Gulmarg boasts the highest green golf course in the world. Even if you're not a golfer, a visit to this scenic spot is a must. Enjoy a picnic amidst the breathtaking surroundings, or try your hand at pony riding.   Stay: Gulmarg Resorts Spend the night at one of the cozy resorts in Gulmarg, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. It's an ideal place for nature lovers and photographers alike.   Aru Valley Aru Valley, located just 15 km from Pahalgam, is another stunning destination. Surrounded by pine forests and snow-capped peaks, it's perfect for activities like trekking, horse riding, and trout fishing.   Stay: Pahalgam Hotels Spend your night at one of the cozy hotels in Pahalgam.
